Short-Term Disability

We provide short-term disability insurance that replaces 60% of your basic weekly earnings if you are unable to work due to a qualifying illness or injury.

Short-term disability coverage becomes available after 60 days of employment, with coverage beginning on the first day of the month following your 60-day eligibility date.

Example:

• Start date: May 10

• 60 days later: July 9

• Coverage begins: August 1
