With our prescription insurance through SmithRx, you have two ways to get your medications:

Your local pharmacy - When you pick up your medications at your pharmacy, show your pharmacist your SmithRx ID card.

Mail order pharmacy - Save money by purchasing your standard medications through mail order. You have three options for mail order:

Search for a Medical providerVisit https://www.ibxtpa.com/providerfinder If you are searching for a provider outside of the Greater Philadelphia area you will need to change your plan to National BlueCard PPO. You should also confirm with the doctor’s office or facility directly when scheduling an appointment that they are in-network with your insurance.

How to register on the Independence Administrators member websiteWhen you register on the Independence Administrators portal, you will have access to print an ID card, view your claims, or find an in-network doctor. Visit www.myibxtpabenefits.com to register. If you do not have your Member ID, you can use your social security number to register. For Hatfield team members: Alliance Primary Health Located in the Family Wellness Center, the of trusted healthcare providers and nurses are here to provide expert advice about your health. You and your family members enrolled in the Clemens medical plan can visit us when you are sick, for routine checkups, physical exams, chronic condition management, and much more. ​ How much does it cost? If you and your family members are enrolled in the Clemens medical plan, your sick visits to Alliance are only $10 per visit.​ ​ How do I contact Alliance Primary Health? You can call them at 215-607-7256 or visit the Patient Portal at https://health.healow.com/APH. For all other locations: 98point6 With 98point6, all your primary care concerns covered with no appointments, no travel and no waiting rooms.
