With our medical plans you can access care in-network or out-of-network. We recommend accessing in-network care whenever possible, as it will be less expensive. The medical plans are administered by Independence Administrators. ​
Scan the below QR code to access your Independence Administrators portal. There you can enroll for the first time or log in to your existing account:​
When you register on the Independence Administrators portal, you will have access to print an ID card, view your claims, or find an in-network doctor. Visit www.myibxtpabenefits.com to register. If you do not have your Member ID, you can use your social security number to register.
