With our medical plans you can access care in-network or out-of-network. We recommend accessing in-network care whenever possible, as it will be less expensive. The medical plans are administered by Independence Administrators.

When you register on the Independence Administrators portal, you will have access to print an ID card, view your claims, or find an in-network doctor. Visit www.myibxtpabenefits.com to register. If you do not have your Member ID, you can use your social security number to register.

Located in the Family Wellness Center, the of trusted healthcare providers and nurses are here to provide expert advice about your health. You and your family members enrolled in the Clemens medical plan can visit us when you are sick, for routine checkups, physical exams, chronic condition management, and much more.
How much does it cost?
If you and your family members are enrolled in the Clemens medical plan, your sick visits to Alliance are only $10 per visit.
