401(k) Plan
To help you prepare for retirement, we offer a qualified 401(k) plan to eligible team members.

Clemens Food Group encourages all Team Member to participate in the 401(k) retirement plan through Merrill Lynch. This plan offers tax free savings for the future and retirement.

You can earn a 4% employer contribution after a year of contributing if you contribute at least 5% of your annual income.

New team members are automatically enrolled into the 401k program at 5% of your annual income. Contributions start the first paycheck of the month following 60 days of employment.

If you are a new team member that does not want to contribute, you will need to reach out to Merrill Lynch within your first 60 days of employment to cancel.
